What the research shows
The literature does not treat anxiety, depression, hypervigilance, and distress around arrhythmias as edge cases. It shows them as recurring features of the lived burden.
This does not mean every person will feel the same level of fear, grief, or disruption. It means those reactions are common enough that a responsible product should not pretend the experience is only technical.
